About

Welcome to my Brain Release Blog, a space where my thoughts overspill with ideas that unravel and find their way back home with a better understanding.

This blog is a collection of moments, reflections, and artistic observations from my view of the world. I write to process and create. Throughout this blog, you will find pieces shaped by my experiences with mental health, my evolving view of the world, and the aesthetics of life itself.

This space is messy, honest, and often wandering like flipping through a sketchbook or walking through a gallery of unfinished thoughts. It’s part personal journal, part creative playground, part quiet reflection.

Writing here helps me release what’s on my mind, which is how this blog found its name.

Who I Am

Professionally, I’m an educator and writer, passionate about helping others find their voice. I’ve worked as an English teacher, where I’ve built my career supporting diverse learners and creating dynamic spaces for growth and learning.

When I’m not teaching or writing, I’m probably lost in a playlist, daydreaming, or capturing images that only my eyes can see.

This blog is me in an unfiltered, reflective, and ever evolving way.

Thank you for being here. Stay awhile.
